Accessibility Statement
Effective 5 October 2026. Klymer aims to make editorial information usable by people with different abilities, devices and connection speeds.
1. Commitment
We work toward clear structure, readable contrast, keyboard access and meaningful text alternatives. Accessibility is considered during publishing and review rather than treated as a one-time project.
2. Structure
Pages use headings, landmarks, links and lists to support navigation. Content is written in plain English where possible and avoids requiring colour alone to understand a message.
3. Images
Editorial images include descriptive alternative text when they convey information. Decorative detail is kept secondary to the written explanation. Images are not used on policy pages so those pages remain text-focused.
4. Keyboard Use
Interactive controls should be reachable through a keyboard and should show a visible focus state. If a control behaves unexpectedly, please report the page and browser so we can investigate.
5. Motion
Klymer avoids unnecessary animation and does not require motion to read an article. Browser and operating-system preferences may affect presentation.
6. Contrast
Our dark header and footer use light text, while content areas use dark text on light backgrounds. We review links, buttons and table borders for practical visibility.
7. Forms
Contact fields have visible labels and required indicators. A successful submission message is shown after the form is sent. Do not include sensitive health information in a general enquiry.
8. Limitations
Third-party services and older content may not meet every expectation. We cannot guarantee perfect compatibility with every assistive technology, browser or device combination.
9. Feedback
Tell us about a barrier by phone at +62 813 5792 4680 or by post at Jalan Anggrek Raya No. 15, Kemanggisan, Palmerah, Jakarta Barat 11480, Indonesia.
10. Response
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 10 working days and to provide a practical response within 30 calendar days when investigation is required.
11. Standards
Our review is informed by widely used WCAG principles, while recognising that practical accessibility includes content clarity, language and the local context of readers in Indonesia.
12. Revision Log
5 October 2026: initial statement. Future changes will be dated and explained on this page.
Testing and feedback process
Review includes headings, focus order, link purpose, text alternatives, zoom behaviour and the relationship between text and background. Where practical, Klymer tests current pages with keyboard navigation and common desktop and mobile browsers. Results may differ across operating systems, browser versions and assistive technologies.
Readers can report a barrier through contact.php or by phone at +62 813 5792 4680. Please include the page address, the task being attempted, the device or browser and whether a temporary workaround was available. Do not include health details or other sensitive information unless it is necessary to explain the accessibility issue.
Klymer normally acknowledges accessibility feedback within five business days. We aim to assess a straightforward content or label correction within 30 calendar days; complex third-party or structural issues may require a longer review, and we will explain the status where possible.
Alternative formats may be considered when a reasonable request is made. Our correspondence address is Jalan Anggrek Raya No. 15, Kemanggisan, Palmerah, Jakarta Barat 11480, Indonesia. Requests are assessed against the page purpose, technical constraints and whether an equivalent text route can be provided.
Change record: this statement is effective 5 October 2026. It is reviewed at least annually and after significant template, form or media changes, with material updates recorded by date.
The statement applies to current Klymer editorial pages, policy pages, navigation, forms and responsive layouts. It also covers the way new images and interactive controls are prepared, although an external service may follow its own accessibility practices. Accessibility feedback is used to prioritise practical barriers rather than to promise identical behaviour in every combination of browser and assistive technology.
Useful reports include the page address, heading or control name, device, browser, input method and the result expected. A reader does not need to prove a disability or provide sensitive personal information. Klymer normally acknowledges feedback within five business days and aims to assess a straightforward label, contrast or text correction within 30 calendar days.
Images that carry meaning receive alt text describing visible subject, setting and action without inventing facts. Decorative images may be omitted from the reading sequence, while policy pages remain text-only as part of the site's content structure. If a third-party asset creates a barrier, Klymer may provide a text explanation or consider removing the asset.
Keyboard and zoom checks are part of ordinary review, but browser extensions, device settings and network conditions can alter results. A form submission message should identify success in text and should not rely on colour alone. Readers may contact Jalan Anggrek Raya No. 15, Kemanggisan, Palmerah, Jakarta Barat 11480, Indonesia, or call +62 813 5792 4680.
Change record: this statement is effective 5 October 2026. It will be reviewed in October 2027 and after substantial changes to templates, forms, images or third-party services; material revisions will receive a dated note.
