Effective 5 October 2026. These terms govern access to Klymer, an editorial information website based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
1. Agreement
By browsing Klymer you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the website. The terms apply to pages, forms and links operated under the Klymer name.
2. Editorial Purpose
Content discusses sports physiology, endurance and training in general terms. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for a qualified professional. A reader remains responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate.
3. Accuracy
We work to keep explanations clear and current, but research and individual circumstances change. Klymer does not promise that every statement is complete for every person. Readers should verify important decisions with an appropriate professional.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not interfere with security, scrape restricted areas, impersonate another person or submit unlawful material. Do not use the site to distribute malware, unsolicited marketing or content that infringes another person's rights.
5. Intellectual Property
Articles, typography, layout and original marks belong to Klymer or its licensors. You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial discussion. Reproduction of substantial passages requires written permission and clear attribution.
6. Submissions
When sending a message, you confirm that you have the right to share it. Avoid including unnecessary medical records or confidential information. We may retain correspondence for 24 months to manage the enquiry and protect editorial integrity.

Links may lead to independent resources whose content and privacy practices Klymer does not control. A link is provided for context, not endorsement. Review the destination's terms before submitting information or making a purchase.
8. Availability

Practical interpretation
These terms are intended to be read with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Health And Training Disclaimer, Editorial Policy and Advertising And Sponsorship Policy. Each document addresses a different part of the service, and a specific policy controls where it deals with that subject in more detail.
Readers may quote a short passage for criticism, teaching or private discussion when the quotation is accurate, linked to the original page and not presented as the reader's own work. Automated extraction, bulk copying, resale, framing or republication of the site structure requires prior written permission. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian consumer or intellectual-property law.
Messages submitted to Klymer are not confidential unless we expressly agree otherwise. We may use the information to answer the enquiry, investigate a reported error or improve editorial processes, while applying the retention approach described in the Privacy Policy. We normally acknowledge a material complaint within five business days and aim to respond within 30 calendar days.

It does not transfer ownership of the site, create a partnership or authorise a reader to speak on behalf of Klymer. Editorial material is provided for general understanding. A training example may need adjustment for climate, surface, equipment, schedule and personal circumstances, especially in Jakarta's heat and humidity.
